Se..Like..Buy!

I am gearing up for spring and summer… and a friend from the local autoclub put it out for sale to get more space in his garage i just could not resist…

1970 Vespa 50 S

Don`t impressed by the finish.. Under the 70′ italian design lines there is a 105 ccm engine complete with the Delorto carb and velocity stack 🙂

The plan for this is to just keep it, give it some TLC and basically keep it as it is, since it is registered as a 50ccm my wife can drive it on her licence.. driving home after looking at it we joked in the car about makeing it a bit girly with the flower pot in the front and some cool decals..

who knows.. maybe ill do that, but first she needs to learn how to ride it.. ill come back to that later 🙂

Moving ahead.

The learning curve of blogging is quite steep, it is not easy to get all the stuff you have in your head to be interesting words and content  for others to read..

After just one week i folded up the idea of doing this, it just took so much time..

I was visiting the Piaggo Museum in Pontedera, Italy ,When i got a new wave of enthusiasm and the urge to get my stuff “out there” – it might sound funny, but it it true; i have time and time again searched the web for stuff i wonder about, sometimes i have found the answers in blogs or forums.

I also want to be able to contribute to the vast amount of information that is out there, and perhaps; maybe you are reading something in my blog that may answer your question or help you on your way to the answer… that`s deep 🙂

As you can see i am moving along to get some stuff in here….
